Support authentic local beekeeping. Butinarello, which means “forager” in Provençal, is the name of the honey house of Quentin and Caroline, two young beekeepers harvesting whose honey and hive products (royal jelly, propolis, fresh pollen) are organic. Calissons have a remarkable taste and finesse. Founded in 1874 by a Swiss confectioner, Maison Parli, a venerable institution in Aix, celebrates its 151st anniversary^E year in 2025. Her secret? Full control of the calissons manufacturing cycle, which begins with the confection of the fruits, on site, using ancestral methods. The dough, rich in almonds and sweetened with fruit syrup, is ground with ancient granite rolls that preserve the texture of the ingredients. In 2022, 3,000 almond trees were planted on 10 ha cultivated organically in Ventabren, reflecting the company's desire for permanent improvement.

Le savoir-faire Stéphane Robert, artisan boucher-charcutier depuis plus de trente ans, a créé le Bœuf a la Côte il y a 16 ans dans les paturages hauts-savoyards près d'Annecy avant de rejoindre en 2011 sa provence natale et de jeter son dévolu sur la commune de Châteauneuf-le-Rouge.

The authenticity of a place dedicated to wine and creation. The land. 12 km from Aix-en-Provence, the estate extends over 103 ha of vineyards backed by the Cengle plateau, under Sainte-Victoire. The typicity of Provençal wines. This 51 ha estate was created in 2001 by two families of winemakers on the outskirts of Rognes. Nearly twenty-five years later, Naïs wines have acquired a solid reputation. On these sandy-silty and clay-limestone lands, they are produced in all three colors with grape varieties typical of the region. The modernity of the cellar guarantees optimal vinification while respecting the grapes.

The delights of a family estate backed by the Massif des Costes. Wines and oil have been produced there since 2005.
The former, which are regularly rewarded and awarded medals, reflect the Provençal region in all three colors. As for the oil, it is a “green fruit” made from 500 hundred-year-old olive trees, harvested by hand. The estate as a whole has been certified High Environmental Value since 2020.

In the heart of the old town, Vincent and Livio share their favorites for both French and foreign gems, with particular attention paid to organic, biodynamic and natural wines. The Pourtician wine cooperative, created in 1912, has 28 members and offers a great range of wines in AOP Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, AOP Côtes de Provence and IGP Var, which regularly win medals in all three colors. Her specialty? Great rosé wines, expressive and elegant. The 380 ha of vineyards are located at the foot of Mont Aurélien, on very sunny clay-limestone land.
