The (slightly) sweet taste of Japan. Mathilde and Joris, buoyed by the success of L'Atelier du Mochi, have opened a second store close to the first. Maison Mooks is both a tea room where Japanese drinks take center stage, and an artisanal pastry of Japanese sweets like “street food”: mookies (between mochis and cookies), dorayakis (pancakes with azuki bean paste), plain or fragrant airy cheesecake... La démarche 100 % bio Dans ce petit domaine établi à Venelles, la production du raisin et la vinification se font en bio depuis la création. Les récoltes sont manuelles pour sélectionner les meilleurs fruits.

Magnifiquement situé, le domaine, avec ses 12 hectares de vignes face à la montagne Sainte-Victoire, réunit toutes les conditions idéales à la création d’un vin basé sur la minéralité et la fraîcheur. Walter Butler, le propriétaire, passionné d'œnologie et de gastronomie, a pour principe de faire des vins au plus proche de la nature, reflétant la beauté du terroir de la Brillane. Le domaine produit deux rosés et trois cuvées de rouge différentes, reconnus pour leur fraîcheur et leur fruité. Ces vins élégants sont certifiés Ecocert depuis 2004.

À l’abri de la montagne Sainte-Victoire, le domaine viticole Château Revelette vous offre un authentique vin de terroir. L'édifice, au sein de milliers d'hectares de bois, est dotée d'une cave traditionnelle, d'une cuverie en béton et d'un équipement moderne, qui permet d'assurer une vinification respectueuse.
