The spirit of Les Baux. This domain in the Alpilles, which extends over 300 hectares, including 58 hectares of vineyards and 28 of olive trees, has been run by the same family for four generations. Caroline Missoffe and Anne Poniatowski, great-granddaughters of the founder, produce organic wines of excellence in all three colors, especially great reds. The vines, regularly swept by the Mistral, benefit from a microclimate and a soil favorable to agronomic and aromatic balances. The estate was mentioned by Nostradamus, painted by Van Gogh and mentioned by Simone de Beauvoir!

Olive oil products, a concentrate of the Mediterranean: AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence in fruity green or black, monovarietal in grossane, candies from starred chef Pierre Reboul, cosmetics “Le Clos des Oliviers”, “Le Clos des Oliviers” cosmetics with an inimitable fragrance.
Reception at the tasting room, visits for groups by appointment and the signposted walk in the vineyards, with, for amateurs, a picnic bag upon reservation.
The red “Coin Caché” cuvée, an emblematic Grenache of Mas de la Dame, and “La Stèle” in rosé for summer, as pleasant as an aperitif as with summer cuisine.
