Provençal sweetness without folklore. Jérôme Orlandini, ex-English teacher, has opened a
first restaurant in Saint-Rémy before moving to this square full of
charm, which is adjacent to the archaeological museum of the Hotel de Sade. Chef Malek
Bensalah sails there from Provence to the Maghreb via Italy or Lebanon,
developing fresh and refined Mediterranean cuisine based on typical products
from the region: sardines from the big blue, colorful vegetables from the market, small
Spelt from Haute Provence, goat cheeses from the Alpilles...
Enjoy the terrace all year round away from the hustle and bustle, under the winter sun or at
shade in summer.
Rock fish soup infused with rose, served with the catch of the day and a
seasonal condiment.
Finish with homemade Labbé topped with thyme sorbet, honey tile and
of a “fruity black” olive oil.
