La dolce vita in the heart of Aix. At the top of Cours Mirabeau, Le Forbin has become, since last October, an Italian brasserie where it is good to sit down from morning to night to eat, have a drink or take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The new owners, Anthony and Mohamed, wanted a transalpine menu that was reinvented season after season, just like the new and bright decor.

The cuisine of the Sicilian chef, who highlights fresh products with generosity. His pasta, his beef tartare with a knife or his tiramisu with a ladle are a hit.
Excellent Neapolitan pizzas: dough aged 48 hours for taste and lightness, 100% Italian toppings, cooking over a wood fire.
The outdoor terrace which, when the cold arrives, is transformed into a veranda to enjoy the sun all year round, and the bright room upstairs.
