Le restaurant de l'Hôtel Renaissance est situé à deux pas du Pavillon noir, du GTP et du quartier commerçant les Allées.
Bois clair, mur végétalisé, mobilier élégant, l'atmosphère y est douce et feutrée. Les desserts du Chef executif Vincent Merly ont fait la gloire de cette maison, mais la carte n'est pas en reste et révèle des plats modernes alliant saveurs méditerranéennes et produits de saison.
