The revival of a mythical brasserie a stone's throw from the Rotonde. This establishment, created in 1936, reopened its doors in early August, after major works, to write a new chapter in its history. On the program: a menu of a large French-style brasserie performed by chef Mathieu Vastel, noble products, fine gestures of service in the dining room, a festive program and a large palace-style bar. Successful return and reservation more than recommended!
The classics executed to perfection: beef tartare with a knife, pie crust, Robuchon sausage and purée, chicken with morels and yellow wine, pike quenelles with Nantua sauce... Everything is homemade, from juices to pickles to sausages.
The elegance of traditional desserts. It's hard to choose between Profiteroles, Yarrow, Baba and Creme Brulee.
