The taste and the ambiance. This is the story of three friends who, after using the school benches in Lambesc together, met to create a canteen and coffee shop concept in the center of the village in 2023. The authenticity of an institution founded in 1870 and now orchestrated by Margaux Touzet, who embodies the 5^E generation of the Béchard family. Organic and 100% French meats. Gérald Nasi, who took his first steps in the butcher business at the age of fourteen, opened this superb butcher shop in Jouques in 2015 where he works as a family. The choice of organic food was obvious for him, both for respect for animals, health and taste. The charcuteries are homemade, as is the catering range that follows the seasons. Dried, smoked, peppered or peppered duck breasts and fillets with Espelette pepper are perfect for a gourmet aperitif. The prices are identical to those of a conventional butcher shop, but organic!

Le travail de mise en valeur est aujourd'hui poursuivi par son épouse Sophie Kessler-Matière et son fils Thomas. Ces derniers sont engagés dans des démarches particulièrement respectueuses de l'environnement, ce qui leur a valu la certification « Haute Valeur Environnementale » de niveau 3 pour tous leurs produits. Les cuvées phares pour la partie domaine sont Clos Victoire et Rocher Rouge. Côté oliveraie vous y découvrirez quatre sélections d’huiles d’olive aux saveurs uniques.

Le plaisir et la convivialité d’une table vigneronne. Chaque année d’avril à septembre, ce restaurant éphémère ouvre ses portes au cœur des vignes du domaine Figuière, que la famille Combard conduit avec passion depuis plus de trente ans. Sébastien, cousin des propriétaires, y propose une cuisine de saison fraîche, colorée et ponctuée d’inspirations du monde entier. Ses créations s’accordent parfaitement avec les vins bio élaborés sur place
(AOP Côtes de Provence et IGP Méditerranée). Réservation plus que conseillée !

Ce petit domaine authentique, construit autour d’un ancien ermitage, est bichonné par Christian Valensisi, ardent défenseur du travail à l'ancienne. Ses vins frais et vifs sont en vente au domaine ou chez le primeur du village.

Cela fait presque 30 ans que Minna et Jean Paul se consacrent à l'exploitation familiale Villa Minna. Cet amour du vin se perpétue aujourd'hui avec la nouvelle génération qui reprend les rennes. Implanté sur 15 hectares, le vignoble se compose de cépages rouges et blancs, avec des variétés sélectionnées pour être très qualitatives. Le terroir du domaine est propice à laisser s'exprimer tout le potentiel aromatique de la vigne, pour donner lieu à de grands vins empreints de finesse et d'authenticité. Le vignoble est conduit depuis sa création selon les principes d’une agriculture respectueuse de l’environnement.
