Géré par un horticulteur expérimenté, Ma Ferme est un concept atypique, proposant en un même lieu divers produits et activités : côté jardin, une immense jardinerie sous serre propose des végétaux comme les plantes à massif, plants potager et plantes aromatiques ; côté entretien pour entretenir et embellir votre jardin ; côté épicerie, des produits frais bio et d'épicerie de qualité ; côté primeur, fruits et légumes de saison venant directement des producteurs locaux ; et enfin côté ferme, œufs frais, poules pondeuses et plein d'autres surprises !

Le bio à 360 degrés. En 2020, Olivier Nasles a lancé un pôle dédié aux produits bio et locaux au sein du domaine familial de Camaïssette. Son objectif : créer un lieu de vie où cohabitent une épicerie et un espace de détente. Aux côtés des vins et des huiles d'olive du domaine, on trouve un large panel de charcuteries, fromages, légumes, épices, thés, tisanes ou bières artisanales, tous issus de l'agriculture biologique provençale.

Cultivate the sin of gluttony. Ten years and a few for this artisanal chocolate factory launched in Gap, in early 2014, by Anne-Lise Signouret! Thanks to its success, the parent company has grown in Grenoble, Marseille and now Aix-en-Provence, where Anne-Lise's great-grandparents were already retailers on this same rue Mignet, in the heart of the historic center.

Erwan Mazé, the founder, works with a family estate located in Extremadura to offer exceptional raw hams, as well as lomos, chorizos or salchichones de bellota — bellotas are the acorns that black pigs raised freely in the open air eat. As for cheese, manchego, plain or with truffles, completes the range of foods and is gladly added to the aperitif platters created by Erwan. The wines come from all over Spain to top it all off.

La Brûlerie, which has marked Place Richelme with its convivial and fragrant imprint since 1983, roasts around twenty coffees with various aromas on site. All are ground on demand to maintain their character and aromatic complexity. Ici, le pain est bio et 100 % provençal ! Bruno Griffoul a participé à l’élaboration d’une filière territoriale durable « du grain au pain ». Ce boulanger militant, agronome de formation, fait partie du réseau Blé paysan bio qui garantit des variétés de blé anciennes et locales, l’utilisation exclusive de levain naturel et des fermentations longues. Résultat : des pains savoureux et digestes, qui se conservent pendant plusieurs jours. Hélène propose également des pâtisseries bio et de saison.

Se régaler de saveurs et de savoirs. En 1920, Ernest Guillet, artisan nougatier passionné, crée à Aix La Nougaterie du Roy René, un petit atelier de confiseur dans la plus pure tradition provençale. La confiserie, qui en est l'héritière, perpétue depuis lors les savoir-faire des nougats de Provence, des calissons d’Aix et d’une multitude d’autres douceurs. Pour les savoirs, le Musée du Calisson propose, à 10 min du centre, de découvrir l’histoire de l’amande de Provence et de la célèbre friandise dans un espace contemporain mêlant outils d’époque et nouvelles technologies avec de larges baies vitrées donnant sur les ateliers de fabrication.

The art of roasting. Mathieu Taborcia is certainly a chocolate maker — and what a chocolate maker! —, but also a roaster. His shop, established in the village of Lambesc, is one of the few in Provence to offer bean-to-bar chocolate, an expression that means “from the bean to the bar”: he works with different origins of cocoa whose beans he roasts himself. However, if aromas begin to form during fermentation, it is this stage that gives chocolate its characteristic taste. The craftsman's paw does the rest.

Le savoir-faire Stéphane Robert, artisan boucher-charcutier depuis plus de trente ans, a créé le Bœuf a la Côte il y a 16 ans dans les paturages hauts-savoyards près d'Annecy avant de rejoindre en 2011 sa provence natale et de jeter son dévolu sur la commune de Châteauneuf-le-Rouge.

Accompagné de Catherine son épouse et de leur fille Camille, ce trio familial passionné et épicurien ne propose que le meilleur à sa clientèle.

La qualité C'est le crédo de la maison : les viandes françaises sélectionnées sont soigneusement choisies, les charcuteries et tous les plats traiteur sont fait maison.

The place to live. In the heart of Luberon, this wine estate is also a multifaceted and immersive space that offers tastings, cellar visits, and a 500 m² concept store.², concerts... A desire of the founder, Paul Dubrule, pioneer of wine tourism. Organic wines, from 36 ha of vineyards, come in several ranges and colors: delicate and structured whites, balanced and fruity rosé, long-lasting reds with tight tannins. The estate also sells its organic olive oils.

The land steeped in history. At the XIII^E In the 19th century, Montaurone Castle was part of a Templar commandery. Forest of oaks, poplars, elms, springs and meadows cover this beautiful family estate established on a limestone plateau at an altitude of 200 m, crossed by the Touloubre river. The vineyard, certified organic since 2016, extends over 91 ha belonging to the Decamps family, owner-harvester for over 40 years. The estate also has 2,200 olive trees on 8 ha, also grown organically.

Propriété de la famille Rougier depuis 1830 à Meyreuil, le Château Simone, par la notoriété historique de ses vins, s'inscrit parmi les joyaux du terroir provençal. Le vignoble couvre une cinquantaine d’hectares majoritairement répartis sur des coteaux face à la célèbre montagne Sainte Victoire et bénéficiant d’un micro climat particulier. L’appellation concerne des vins blancs rouges et rosés dont les cépages principaux sont clairette, grenache blanc, bourboulenc grenache, mourvèdre, cinsault... La renommée du Domaine l'a porté sur les plus célèbres tables et sur celles des plus fins gourmets !

Consistent quality. The Pourtician wine cooperative, created in 1912, has 28 members and offers a great range of wines in AOP Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, AOP Côtes de Provence and IGP Var, which regularly win medals in all three colors. Her specialty? Great rosé wines, expressive and elegant. The 380 ha of vineyards are located at the foot of Mont Aurélien, on very sunny clay-limestone land. The winery is fully committed to sustainable agriculture and sets up the best means of production to preserve the land, the well-being of winemakers and the excellence of wines.

The 35 ha of vines in this organic estate — since 1996! — in the heart of the Alpilles. A lot of finesse and personality for the wines in all three colors, including single-varietal wines. Some are vinified without added sulphites and aged in concrete eggs or amphorae. For bubble lovers, two sparkling cuvees complete the range. Environmental measures are being more advanced every year.

À l’abri de la montagne Sainte-Victoire, le domaine viticole Château Revelette vous offre un authentique vin de terroir. L'édifice, au sein de milliers d'hectares de bois, est dotée d'une cave traditionnelle, d'une cuverie en béton et d'un équipement moderne, qui permet d'assurer une vinification respectueuse. Les vins se déclinent en plusieurs gammes : la gamme du château, la gamme des grands vins, la gamme pur... Venez déguster des cuvées d'exception aux arômes uniques ! Le domaine a également élaboré deux bières viniques, en collaboration avec la brasserie aixoise Aquae Maltae.
