The place to live. In the heart of Luberon, this wine estate is also a multifaceted and immersive space that offers tastings, cellar visits, 500 m2 concept store, concerts... A desire of the founder, Paul Dubrule, a pioneer of wine tourism. Organic wines, from 36 ha of vineyards, come in several ranges and colors: delicate and structured whites, balanced and fruity rosé, long-lasting reds with tight tannins. The estate also sells its olive oils and honey.
The exceptional BLANC cuvée, made with the Rolle grape variety and Grenache blanc vinified and aged in acacia barrels.
Petite Cavale rosé, fresh and fine, to be enjoyed all year round.
Musical and gourmet evenings on Thursday, in summer, on the large terrace opening onto a green setting: magical and rejuvenating!
