An intimate and gourmet urban café. The word cáscara refers to both the dried bark of the coffee cherry and the shell in Spanish, a nice metaphor for the cocooning spirit of the place. Sonia offers specialty coffee, tea, matcha latte and other hot drinks, or cold depending on the season (don't miss her summery homemade lemonade). For hunger, she concocts travel pastries with a vegan option (cakes, thyme madeleines, cookies...) and fruity or regressive smoothies (we love the banana, dark chocolate and peanut butter recipe). Nomad workers welcome.
