The bistro spirit in the heart of the village. Elsa and Alexandre met at the Domaine de Manville, in Baux-de-Provence. She was training in sommelier — a retraining —, he was in charge of the bistro. Together, in April 2025, they opened this restaurant in the heart of old Saint-Rémy, calling on their friend Riccardo, second in the Michelin-starred restaurant in Manville, for the cuisine. Its Italian origin colors the Provençal and Mediterranean menu of Envies. Needless to say that the products are fresh and in season: that goes without saying!
The menu changes every month, with fish from Grau-du-Roi, very good pork from Mont-Ventoux and, always, a vegetarian proposal.
