Café Yoyo is first and foremost an excellent coffee shop that focuses on specialty coffees, roasted by hand in La Roque-d'Anthéron, and other perfectly made drinks: large-scale “ceremony” matcha, chai, infusions... La dolce vita in the heart of Aix. At the top of Cours Mirabeau, Le Forbin has become, since last October, an Italian brasserie where it is good to sit down from morning to night to eat, have a drink or take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The new owners, Anthony and Mohamed, wanted a transalpine menu that was reinvented season after season, just like the new and bright decor.

The concept of food and cocktail pairings. Gabriel Mietz and Johan Combes, cooks, met in 2015 at La Table de Nans. The first went to fine restaurants in France, Germany and the United States, the second developed a passion for cocktails during his gastronomic wanderings. The two friends opened Osmose in 2023, in an alley 50 m from Port Vieux: top-notch cuisine and, for menus with pairings, drinks designed to accompany it as closely as possible from the starter to the dessert.

Le cadre splendide entre nature et culture : le Moulin d’Arquier est situé en bordure de l’Arc, au pied de l’aqueduc de Roquefavour érigé dans les années 1840. La bâtisse, qui date de la même époque, a été rénovée dans un parfait équilibre entre vieilles pierres et lignes modernes. Le chef y cuisine des produits frais, souvent locaux, dans des recettes de bistrot joliment modernisées : sole meunière, soupe de poisson provençale, risotto, tartare de bœuf à l'italienne, burger…

Les recettes à base de produits frais, poissons sauvages, légumes du jardin ou de maraîchers locaux, œufs du poulailler, viande de petits producteurs... Une cuisine fraîche et inventive servie par le chef Antonin Wishart et sa jeune brigade dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Coup de cœur pour les poissons, cuisinés à merveille, et les jus corsés, succulents, si vous optez pour la viande. Desserts au diapason, gourmands et maîtrisés. Très belle carte de vins.

Délicieuse cuisine à base de produits frais dont le fameux burger atomique (buns brioché / bœuf charolais / confiture de saison / oignons confits / tomate cornichons / pancetta / tomme de brebis-chèvre / œuf & frites maison) ou le plateau I Piattini, composé de fromage et de charcuterie fermière (porc « nustrale », né et élevé en Corse) parfait pour l'apéro ! Les mômes ne sont pas en reste, avec un menu gourmand rien que pour eux : on n'en attendait pas moins de ce chaleureux restaurant familial inspiré par Léon, fruit d'un amour entre la Corse et la Provence.

La dolce vita between Provence and Italy. This splendid 5* hotel was born from an 18th century country house in Aix^E century which, renovated, has taken on the appearance of a Florentine palace with its Baroque decor, its green Renaissance garden and its pond-like swimming pool. Non seulement les pains, pâtisseries et délices salés sont exclusivement fabriqués avec des ingrédients certifiés bio, pour la plupart locaux, mais les propriétaires produisent eux-mêmes, dans leur ferme de Vinon-sur-Verdon, une partie des farines et notamment celle de petit épeautre.

Atelier de fumage artisanal dans le Luberon, la Saumoneraie respecte la grande tradition du saumon fumé depuis 1998. Chaque saumon est traité individuellement, sélectionné frais, salé à sec au sel de Guérande  « nature & progrès », et délicatement fumé à froid au bois de hêtre, sans additif ni conservateur. This store extends a beautiful project to reintroduce pistachios in Provence, set up in 2018 by a collective of enthusiasts around Olivier Baussan, president of the Terrégion de Provence group. The spirit and tradition of one of the oldest cooperatives in Provence. Located in the heart of Éguilles, it was founded in 1923 by Lucien Fauchier, a man of letters and land, accompanied by several dozen winemakers. La Cave du Vigneron is a family business: in the early 2000s, the sommelier Stéphane Jaen, trained at the University of Wine in Suze-la-Rousse, took over the reins of the brand created by his father in 1978.
