Founded in 1982 in Miramas-le-Vieux, Maison Le Quillé has enjoyed a reputation of excellence for over forty years. Its know-how: authentic handmade ice creams, made daily with products selected for their taste quality (hazelnuts from Piedmont, pistachios from Sicily, pistachios from Sicily, vanilla from Madagascar...). “Full fruit” sorbets contain at least 40% fruit harvested at maturity, and even the toppings and decorations are homemade!

Authentic Italian cuisine. Sophie and Laurent, already at the controls of La Table de la Fontaine at the bottom of the village, created this pretty restaurant in 2023 which bears the name of Laurent's transalpine grandmother. This time we are on the heights of Ventabren, at the top of the plateau that dominates the Provençal plain. In the kitchen, the chef celebrates the best of the table in Italy: fresh and seasonal products served in tasty and varied recipes, with a warm atmosphere as a bonus.

The good food and the good humor of Fred, the chef, who opened this restaurant after a first career in gastronomy. He combines authentic cuisine of pleasure, between brasserie classics — beef tartare is worth a visit — and traditional dishes: pasta, curries, rougails, risottos... Everything is fresh and seasonal. Le chef, ancien commis d'Alain Dutournier et fort de son expérience dans plusieurs établissements de renom, vous propose une cuisine traditionnelle, composée de produits frais de saison, travaillés selon l'inspiration du moment. The taste and the ambiance. This is the story of three friends who, after using the school benches in Lambesc together, met to create a canteen and coffee shop concept in the center of the village in 2023. Voir une fabrication artisanale de calissons derrière les grandes verrières des Halles 1889. Leur nom ramène à la date de la fondation de la confiserie d’Entrecasteaux, l’une des plus anciennes calissonneries de la région ! Quatre générations s'y sont succédé avant que la maison ne soit reprise par la famille Evans en 2015. La fabrique est aujourd’hui installée à Éguilles, au cœur des Halles 1889, un espace de 900 m2 tout en transparence où se côtoient comptoirs de restauration et commerces de bouche.

Calissons have a remarkable taste and finesse. Founded in 1874 by a Swiss confectioner, Maison Parli, a venerable institution in Aix, celebrates its 151st anniversary^E year in 2025. Her secret? Full control of the calissons manufacturing cycle, which begins with the confection of the fruits, on site, using ancestral methods. The dough, rich in almonds and sweetened with fruit syrup, is ground with ancient granite rolls that preserve the texture of the ingredients. In 2022, 3,000 almond trees were planted on 10 ha cultivated organically in Ventabren, reflecting the company's desire for permanent improvement.

The quality of oils from a local mill. Housed in an 18th century building^E century and modernized in 2024, this increasingly successful mill highlights an exceptional olive-growing region. The taste of sweet Provence. In 1920, Ernest Guillet created La Nougaterie du Roy René in Aix, a small confectionery workshop in the purest local tradition. Since then, La Confiserie du Roy René, which is the heir to it, has perpetuated the know-how of calissons d'Aix, nougats de Provence, fruit jellies and a multitude of other delicacies. The ancient spa town now has three shops. As for sweets, they are more rooted than ever in the regional territory.

Artisanal and healthy pralines. Remembering the darlings of the beaches of yesteryear that Arnaud and Céline created Monsieur Praline. Their multiple creations combine gluttony and health: significantly reduced sugar levels (only 33% of unrefined brown cane sugar) and various nuts, all without additives. Artisanal caramels... with olive oil! At this family vegetable store, opened in 1964, fruits and vegetables are ultra-fresh and often grown on nearby farms: strawberries from Grans, melons from Camargue, tomatoes from Pélissanne, grapes from Lambesc, salads from Alleins... The creamer-cheese factory and the delicatessen, with their artisanal and carefully selected products, are just as good. Traditional wines and olive oils. On the sunny terraces and hillsides of southern Luberon, this vineyard was founded in 1998 by Louis-Michel Brémond, agricultural engineer and oenologist, within the family farm property. The vines, managed with respect for the natural environment and cultivated organically since 2008, produce wines of great finesse that fully express the land. On the oil side, 600 olive trees, mainly of the Aglandau variety, share with the vineyard the sweetness of this enchanting site.

The ambiance. Summer and winter, for an afterwork or an evening with friends, it is good to meet up in this cozy bar that looks like an Irish pub. The beer cellar has no less than 120 bottles and 15 others on tap, as well as wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks, with optional gourmet platters to share. An immersion in the Provençal region in the heart of the village of Lambesc. Chaque année d’avril à septembre, ce restaurant éphémère ouvre ses portes au cœur des vignes du domaine Figuière, que la famille Combard conduit avec passion depuis plus de trente ans. Sébastien, cousin des propriétaires, y propose une cuisine de saison fraîche, colorée et ponctuée d’inspirations du monde entier. Ses créations s’accordent parfaitement avec les vins bio élaborés sur place
(AOP Côtes de Provence et IGP Méditerranée). Réservation plus que conseillée !

The estate also sells its organic olive oils.

The sharp selections of an independent wine merchant. La Cave du Vigneron is a family business: in the early 2000s, the sommelier Stéphane Jaen, trained at the University of Wine in Suze-la-Rousse, took over the reins of the brand created by his father in 1978. It now has three addresses in and around Aix. Qualified wine merchants are there to serve as guides in the 2,000 references of wines, champagnes, spirits or beers offered in stores.

The typicity of Provençal wines. This 51 ha estate was created in 2001 by two families of winemakers on the outskirts of Rognes. Nearly twenty-five years later, Naïs wines have acquired a solid reputation. On these sandy-silty and clay-limestone lands, they are produced in all three colors with grape varieties typical of the region. The modernity of the cellar guarantees optimal vinification while respecting the grapes.

The land between Rhône and Provence. The 400 winemakers of Marrenon, ardent defenders of the Luberon and Ventoux territories, are located in the heart of
Luberon Regional Natural Park, classified as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and Natura 2000.
