Le Breakfast club est né en 2021 quand Pauline et Stéphane, gourmets voyageurs, ont créé à Cassis le premier lieu consacré au brunch. La réplique du centre d’Aix, au sein du quartier Mazarin, est née l’année suivante. Le brunch, généreux et fait maison, y est proposé 6 j/7 avec œufs brouillés ou Bénédicte, tartines, gaufres, pancakes, granola… Le midi, avocado toast, salades et poke bowls viennent renforcer la carte salée pour un lunch plus que parfait.

La dolce vita between Provence and Italy. Stock up on very good meat products (but not only!) in the center of Aix. Located just above the ring road, on the Pasteur side, this house, which has existed since 1972, has been managed for several years by Julien Granier, a former engineer who has turned butchery by passion. This venerable establishment, founded in 1878 by a young Italian from Abruzzo, is today in the hands of Charles and Pierre-Antoine who make their spaghetti, tagliatelle, lasagna pasta and ravioli filled with classic or seasonal fillings every day on site. The brand is also a Mediterranean delicatessen to find excellent antipastis, cheeses, charcuteries, olive oils, flours, breadsticks, condiments, condiments, wines, wines, local beers or jams. Le vignoble est conduit depuis sa création selon les principes d’une agriculture respectueuse de l’environnement.

The typicity of Provençal wines. This 51 ha estate was created in 2001 by two families of winemakers on the outskirts of Rognes. Nearly twenty-five years later, Naïs wines have acquired a solid reputation. On these sandy-silty and clay-limestone lands, they are produced in all three colors with grape varieties typical of the region. The modernity of the cellar guarantees optimal vinification while respecting the grapes.
Consistent quality. In this family estate created in 2005 on the heights of Rognes, between the Trévaresse and Costes chains, independent winemakers Christian and Mireille Bastard work their vines in a traditional and environmentally friendly way. Vinification is done in a modern cellar, in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels depending on the vintage. Fine and elegant rosés, lively and aromatic whites, powerful and silky reds: sure values that express their land.
Flavors and knowledge. This Luberon estate, located on a land that is particularly conducive to the production of great wines, has been passed on from generation to generation since... 1860! Its particularity: it houses one of the most beautiful museums dedicated to the arts and crafts of wine, exhibiting 3,000 pieces on an area of 1,300 m²2. The land steeped in history. At the XIIIE In the 19th century, Montaurone Castle was part of a Templar commandery. Forest of oaks, poplars, elms, springs and meadows cover this beautiful family estate established on a limestone plateau at an altitude of 200 m, crossed by the Touloubre river. The vineyard, certified organic since 2016, extends over 91 ha belonging to the Decamps family, owner-harvester for over 40 years. The estate also has 2,200 olive trees on 8 ha, also grown organically.
Carine et Roland Coupat ont construit leur propre moulin à huile d'olive éco-responsable à Cadenet. Équipé des dernières technologies oléicoles modernes, il a pour vocation de promouvoir la qualité des huiles et des terroirs oléicoles du Luberon. Les sélections pointues d’un caviste indépendant. La Cave du Vigneron est une affaire de famille : au début des années 2000, le sommelier Stéphane Jaen, formé à l’Université du Vin de Suze-la-Rousse, a repris les rênes de l’enseigne créée par son père en 1978. Celle-ci compte aujourd’hui trois adresses à Aix et alentour. Des cavistes diplômés sont là pour servir de guides dans les 2 000 références de vins, champagnes, spiritueux ou bières proposés en boutique.
The spirit and tradition of one of the oldest cooperatives in Provence. Dans la foulée, ce grand collectionneur a lancé le Bonisson Art Center, dédié à l’art contemporain sous toutes ses formes. Dans les anciens chais, le centre occupe 300 m2, avec quatre salles ouvertes sur les jardins. Un lieu superbe où les expositions d’artistes de renommée internationale sont en accès libre !
