Grandma's food cooked by real grandmothers. Mamone was launched last summer by Baptiste Brot and Fabien Djennaoui in downtown Aix. The concept: simmered dishes to take away or to be delivered, prepared every day in a space open to the street where their appetizing scents spread. They are made by women who master the recipes of yesteryear, those who cooked for a long time to exhale the flavors and ensure the melting. Provençal-style lamb confit, beef bourguignon, blanquette de veau...: everything is prepared with love and fresh products!

Organic and 100% French meats. Gérald Nasi, who took his first steps in the butcher business at the age of fourteen, opened this superb butcher shop in Jouques in 2015 where he works as a family. The choice of organic food was obvious for him, both for respect for animals, health and taste. The charcuteries are homemade, as is the catering range that follows the seasons. Pour les savoirs, le Musée du Calisson propose, à 10 min du centre, de découvrir l’histoire de l’amande de Provence et de la célèbre friandise dans un espace contemporain mêlant outils d’époque et nouvelles technologies avec de larges baies vitrées donnant sur les ateliers de fabrication.

Luberon Regional Natural Park, classified as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and Natura 2000. Plusieurs vestiges témoignent de la riche histoire du site, mais c’est le quai de vinification édifié dans les années 1960 qui a donné son nom au domaine : une tour audacieuse construite selon les proportions du nombre d’or.

Traditional wines and olive oils. On the sunny terraces and hillsides of southern Luberon, this vineyard was founded in 1998 by Louis-Michel Brémond, agricultural engineer and oenologist, within the family farm property. The vines, managed with respect for the natural environment and cultivated organically since 2008, produce wines of great finesse that fully express the land. On the oil side, 600 olive trees, mainly of the Aglandau variety, share with the vineyard the sweetness of this enchanting site.

Since its purchase 25 years ago, this prestigious wine estate, whose vineyards and olive trees flow down to the sea, has been managed with respect for the environment. During sunny days, Café Léoube, located on Pellegrin Beach, allows you to extend the experience around an authentic southern table where the estate's productions are queen: wines in all three colors of course, but also extra virgin olive oil or fruits and vegetables harvested in the orchard and vegetable garden.

Acquis par Philippe Kessler en 2001, le domaine est modernisé afin d'améliorer la qualité des vins. Le travail de mise en valeur est aujourd'hui poursuivi par son épouse Sophie Kessler-Matière et son fils Thomas. Ces derniers sont engagés dans des démarches particulièrement respectueuses de l'environnement, ce qui leur a valu la certification « Haute Valeur Environnementale » de niveau 3 pour tous leurs produits. Les cuvées phares pour la partie domaine sont Clos Victoire et Rocher Rouge. Côté oliveraie vous y découvrirez quatre sélections d’huiles d’olive aux saveurs uniques.

La boutique distribue les produits bio de la marque Nectarome, élaborés près de Marrakech depuis 2007 par une coopérative de 90 femmes réunies autour d’un jardin botanique, et ceux d’Huilarome.
