À l’abri de la montagne Sainte-Victoire, le domaine viticole Château Revelette vous offre un authentique vin de terroir. Les vins se déclinent en plusieurs gammes : la gamme du château, la gamme des grands vins, la gamme pur... Venez déguster des cuvées d'exception aux arômes uniques ! Le domaine a également élaboré deux bières viniques, en collaboration avec la brasserie aixoise Aquae Maltae.

Ce petit domaine authentique, construit autour d’un ancien ermitage, est bichonné par Christian Valensisi, ardent défenseur du travail à l'ancienne. Ses vins frais et vifs sont en vente au domaine ou chez le primeur du village.

La Cave du Vigneron est une affaire de famille : au début des années 2000, le sommelier Stéphane Jaen, formé à l’Université du Vin de Suze-la-Rousse, a repris les rênes de l’enseigne créée par son père en 1978. Celle-ci compte aujourd’hui trois adresses à Aix et alentour. Des cavistes diplômés sont là pour servir de guides dans les 2 000 références de vins, champagnes, spiritueux ou bières proposés en boutique.

Carine et Roland Coupat ont construit leur propre moulin à huile d'olive éco-responsable à Cadenet. Équipé des dernières technologies oléicoles modernes, il a pour vocation de promouvoir la qualité des huiles et des terroirs oléicoles du Luberon. L'exploitation est certifiée en agriculture biologique. L’influence du terroir, la variété et la maturité des olives ainsi que la méthode d’extraction placent l'huile emblématique du moulin dans la palette gustative de type “fruité vert” ou goût intense. Le vignoble est conduit depuis sa création selon les principes d’une agriculture respectueuse de l’environnement.
