Grandma's food cooked by real grandmothers. Mamone was launched last summer by Baptiste Brot and Fabien Djennaoui in downtown Aix. La Cave du Vigneron is a family business: in the early 2000s, the sommelier Stéphane Jaen, trained at the University of Wine in Suze-la-Rousse, took over the reins of the brand created by his father in 1978. It now has three addresses in and around Aix. Qualified wine merchants are there to serve as guides in the 2,000 references of wines, champagnes, spirits or beers offered in stores.

Located in the heart of Éguilles, it was founded in 1923 by Lucien Fauchier, a man of letters and land, accompanied by several dozen winemakers. La Cave du Vigneron est une affaire de famille : au début des années 2000, le sommelier Stéphane Jaen, formé à l’Université du Vin de Suze-la-Rousse, a repris les rênes de l’enseigne créée par son père en 1978. Celle-ci compte aujourd’hui trois adresses à Aix et alentour. Des cavistes diplômés sont là pour servir de guides dans les 2 000 références de vins, champagnes, spiritueux ou bières proposés en boutique.
Ce petit domaine authentique, construit autour d’un ancien ermitage, est bichonné par Christian Valensisi, ardent défenseur du travail à l'ancienne. Ses vins frais et vifs sont en vente au domaine ou chez le primeur du village.

Chaque année d’avril à septembre, ce restaurant éphémère ouvre ses portes au cœur des vignes du domaine Figuière, que la famille Combard conduit avec passion depuis plus de trente ans. Sébastien, cousin des propriétaires, y propose une cuisine de saison fraîche, colorée et ponctuée d’inspirations du monde entier. Ses créations s’accordent parfaitement avec les vins bio élaborés sur place
