Delicacy. Orchestrated by Jérôme Roy, who studied in prestigious houses in France and abroad, and his wife Valérie, Opidom has been distilling a creative and sensory approach since 2019 where citrus fruits and spices delight the eyes and the palate. Moreover, this gourmet restaurant has shone Michelin star since 2021. Revisiting the codes of classical cuisine, the chef reveals all the chromatic, olfactory and gustatory nuances with recipes where the flavors of Asia flirt with the Touraine region, such as its lacquered soybean rillins enhanced with yuzu and sesame.
