Arthur Viard, ex-ingénieur aéronautique passé par plusieurs tables étoilées, a repris ce bel établissement tourangeau avec un objectif : apporter une touche de modernité à la partition gastronomique locale grâce à des saveurs et techniques originales. Lactofermentations et distillations ne lui font pas peur ! La carte, qui change régulièrement, est élaborée avec des ingrédients très frais. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
