Subtly mixed gourmet cuisine. Brazilian chef Rodrigo Augusto Silva has enriched his palette through numerous trips and experiences in renowned establishments. In this cozy restaurant opened in 2019 with his partner Marie Matulic, he composes a tasty and colorful score, where the refinement of French cuisine is combined with the vivacity of touches from South America, Spain or Asia. The menu, prepared with fresh and seasonal products, changes every week. An essential table in the Upper Arc Valley!
