The gourmet stroll between land and spices. In a friendly atmosphere with a friendly decor entirely sourced by the owner of the place, right down to the dishes, we enjoy tasty cuisine where the seasons and the land mingle with the scents of spices from around the world. Surely a remnant of Cécilia Schipper's attraction to geography, which she studied for several years before returning to what she loves more than anything else: cooking. Change of course then new training, time to tell herself that she would like to have her own establishment in the countryside... Something done since last July with this former post house that she took over and which will soon have eight rooms.
Authentic cuisine is always finely worked and the mixture of textures and scents is more complex than it seems.
