En hommage à sa tendre enfance, la Petite Ferme vous accueille dans un cadre authentique et chaleureux pour vous faire déguster de succulents plats, parmi lesquels le cochon de lait croquant, le gigot d'agneau de 12h, le cabillaud en croûte de noix truffée et persillée, etc. On poursuit la délectation avec les desserts gourmands : mousse au chocolat chaude, churros à la fleur d’oranger / sauce gianduja... Le restaurant de l'Hôtel Renaissance est situé à deux pas du Pavillon noir, du GTP et du quartier commerçant les Allées.

Léoube magic. Château Léoube, a prestigious seaside wine estate, offers organic wine tastings throughout the year. In fine weather, the experience extends in the Café Léoube located on Pellegrin Beach around an authentic southern table. On the menu, the estate's other productions are queen: fruits and vegetables from the orchard and vegetable garden, including extra virgin olive oil.

Les friandises de la plus ancienne fabrique de calissons d’Aix. L’épicerie Brémond fut fondée en 1830 sur le cours Mirabeau, avant de déménager en 1986 rue d’Italie où la boutique dédiée au sucré se trouve toujours. La gamme de confiseries – calissons, nougats, fruits confits, croquants et autres délices du Midi – est aujourd’hui réunie sous la marque historique « Brémond Fils », qui chapeautait déjà les douceurs de l’institution à ses débuts. Une seconde boutique aixoise, rue Bédarrides, accueille un atelier de confection de biscuits et toute la gamme salée.

The art of roasting. Mathieu Taborcia is certainly a chocolate maker — and what a chocolate maker! —, but also a roaster. His shop, established in the village of Lambesc, is one of the few in Provence to offer bean-to-bar chocolate, an expression that means “from the bean to the bar”: he works with different origins of cocoa whose beans he roasts himself. However, if aromas begin to form during fermentation, it is this stage that gives chocolate its characteristic taste. The craftsman's paw does the rest.

Le bio à 360 degrés. En 2020, Olivier Nasles a lancé un pôle dédié aux produits bio et locaux au sein du domaine familial de Camaïssette. Son objectif : créer un lieu de vie où cohabitent une épicerie et un espace de détente. Aux côtés des vins et des huiles d'olive du domaine, on trouve un large panel de charcuteries, fromages, légumes, épices, thés, tisanes ou bières artisanales, tous issus de l'agriculture biologique provençale.

The quality of oils from a local mill. Housed in an 18th century building^E century and modernized in 2024, this increasingly successful mill highlights an exceptional olive-growing region. The sweets from the oldest calissons factory in Aix. The Brémond grocery store was founded in 1830 on Cours Mirabeau, before moving in 1986 to Rue d'Italie where the shop dedicated to sweets is still located. The range of confectionery — calissons, nougats, candied fruits, crunchy fruits and other delicacies from the South — is now combined under the historic brand “Brémond Fils”, which already covered the institution's sweets at the beginning. A second shop in Aix, rue Bédarrides, hosts a workshop for making cookies and the whole range of savory products.

The quality approach from A to Z. This house, created in 2013, has become an institution in the Aix bakery industry thanks to word of mouth. Natural sourdough breads, tasty, digestible and of excellent nutritional quality, are made with organic flours without additives or enhancers. The founders, Jeff Boivin and Thomas Teffri-Chambelland, are committed to maintaining solid local agriculture through a short supply chain: they have established, beforehand, a lasting and trusting relationship with their producers and suppliers.

In town, enjoy Italian ice cream from a craftsman from the Pays d'Aix. For the Casalini brothers, gluttony is a family story that began in 1962 when Giorgio opened an ice cream bar in Tuscany. His sons, Antonio and Luca, continued the adventure abroad and then in France, before launching Maison Casalini in Fuveau. A branch opened in Aix in 2024, just in front of the Four Aixois. Les produits Patrick Olives le patron expérimenté (plus de 30 ans de métier) de ce temple du goût n’a de cesse de chercher les meilleures provenances pour satisfaire une clientèle exigeante et épicurienne. Ses étals regorgent de pépites dans toutes les gammes de produit.

The constant quality of a local store. At this family vegetable store, opened in 1964, fruits and vegetables are ultra-fresh and often grown on nearby farms: strawberries from Grans, melons from Camargue, tomatoes from Pélissanne, grapes from Lambesc, salads from Alleins... The creamer-cheese factory and the delicatessen, with their artisanal and carefully selected products, are just as good. Do not miss the compositions made on site such as aperitif platters, fruit in a basket, salads or kebabs, cut raw vegetables or the perfect basket of 13 desserts at the end of the year.

The land between Rhône and Provence. The 400 winemakers of Marrenon, ardent defenders of the Luberon and Ventoux territories, are located in the heart of
Luberon Regional Natural Park, classified as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and Natura 2000. Le vignoble est composé de 60 hectares, s'étendant sur un terroir propice à l’élaboration de vins de fortes personnalités. Partageant l’intime conviction que le bio est le moyen le plus approprié pour exprimer la minéralité et les nuances de son terroir, la famille applique l'éthique de la culture biologique. Magnifiquement situé, le domaine, avec ses 12 hectares de vignes face à la montagne Sainte-Victoire, réunit toutes les conditions idéales à la création d’un vin basé sur la minéralité et la fraîcheur. Walter Butler, le propriétaire, passionné d'œnologie et de gastronomie, a pour principe de faire des vins au plus proche de la nature, reflétant la beauté du terroir de la Brillane. Le domaine produit deux rosés et trois cuvées de rouge différentes, reconnus pour leur fraîcheur et leur fruité. Ces vins élégants sont certifiés Ecocert depuis 2004.

L'édifice, au sein de milliers d'hectares de bois, est dotée d'une cave traditionnelle, d'une cuverie en béton et d'un équipement moderne, qui permet d'assurer une vinification respectueuse. Les vins se déclinent en plusieurs gammes : la gamme du château, la gamme des grands vins, la gamme pur... Venez déguster des cuvées d'exception aux arômes uniques ! Le domaine a également élaboré deux bières viniques, en collaboration avec la brasserie aixoise Aquae Maltae.

Le plaisir et la convivialité d’une table vigneronne. Chaque année d’avril à septembre, ce restaurant éphémère ouvre ses portes au cœur des vignes du domaine Figuière, que la famille Combard conduit avec passion depuis plus de trente ans. Sébastien, cousin des propriétaires, y propose une cuisine de saison fraîche, colorée et ponctuée d’inspirations du monde entier. Ses créations s’accordent parfaitement avec les vins bio élaborés sur place
(AOP Côtes de Provence et IGP Méditerranée). Réservation plus que conseillée !

Château Gassier y élabore des vins rosés d'une grande finesse, telle que la fameuse cuvée "Esprit Gassier", intensément aromatique.
