We're going for 🚶

A feast for the eyes and the taste buds. A former musician, Fabien Cabrera composes dishes with talent and generosity that delight the palate. With a jazz background, in a setting with a New York atmosphere, you can enjoy cuisine that is as tasty as it is beautifully prepared, with the chef using fresh and seasonal ingredients in perfectly orchestrated scores. Duo of foie gras, including one in crème brulee, pork “king rose” and mussels, stuffed and rolled Gatinais chicken or even meat pithiviers, absolutely formidable. The list is long.
