Le chef, ancien commis d'Alain Dutournier et fort de son expérience dans plusieurs établissements de renom, vous propose une cuisine traditionnelle, composée de produits frais de saison, travaillés selon l'inspiration du moment. Le savoir-faire Stéphane Robert, artisan boucher-charcutier depuis plus de trente ans, a créé le Bœuf a la Côte il y a 16 ans dans les paturages hauts-savoyards près d'Annecy avant de rejoindre en 2011 sa provence natale et de jeter son dévolu sur la commune de Châteauneuf-le-Rouge.

Accompagné de Catherine son épouse et de leur fille Camille, ce trio familial passionné et épicurien ne propose que le meilleur à sa clientèle.

La qualité C'est le crédo de la maison : les viandes françaises sélectionnées sont soigneusement choisies, les charcuteries et tous les plats traiteur sont fait maison.

Leur nom ramène à la date de la fondation de la confiserie d’Entrecasteaux, l’une des plus anciennes calissonneries de la région ! Implanté sur 15 hectares, le vignoble se compose de cépages rouges et blancs, avec des variétés sélectionnées pour être très qualitatives. Le terroir du domaine est propice à laisser s'exprimer tout le potentiel aromatique de la vigne, pour donner lieu à de grands vins empreints de finesse et d'authenticité.
